Support using GotoMeeting

Technical support is provided by using an online product called GotoMeeting.  If you are entitled to technical support with your software, a support technician will ask you to join a GotoMeeting session so we can view your screen to better assist you.

The website to join a meeting is www.gotomeeting.com

 

Click on the Join a Meeting Button on the left side of the screen.

 

You may be asked to download the software.

 
You will get to a point where you must enter the Gotomeeting ID number.  IDEAS Technical Support will provide you with this number each time a new meeting occurs.

Once you have joined the meeting, you may want to minimize the GotoMeeting Dialog (screen) by clicking on the double-headed arrow as displayed below.  From here, the IDEAS Technical Support staff member will guide you through any remaining steps.
