Setting up a new client is very easy with IDEAS Property Clerk Enterprise.
When a new client is being entered, only the client information and mailing information are available. Once the client SAVE is used, the other information such as Financial Setup will be available.
For detailed instructions, please review the Client Setup Section of the User's Manual.
The steps to setup a new Client (or Household of clients) are:
| 1. | Highlight the Unit where the client(s) will be living. |

| 2. | Click on the New Move In Button |

| 3. | Enter the client information. |
| 4. | Create a recurring charge if necessary (* Important to make sure client will be charged their monthly amounts) |
