The easy start setup options are available from the Setup Menu or by pressing the F3 key.

Property Types Managed:

Once you begin to enter your properties into the system, you will be asked to specify the type of property.  The types are based upon this list.  Therefore, you should ensure that each of the types of properties you manage are   listed here.  If there are any types included on the list that you do not manage, you should delete them from the list.

These options are also available from within the system lookup tables.
