Creating Letters for Clients and Vendors

Letters can be created for Clients and Vendors in one of two ways. They can be created using Document Templates or by creating the letter from scratch. Document templates are pre-formatted letters that can be created in order to quickly generate documents to Clients and Vendors (To learn more about Document Templates see Creating Document Templates).

Client Letters can be created from one of three places within IDEAS Property Clerk Enterprise. They can be created from the Late Fee Manager located on the Main toolbar, the Past Due Invoice Letters on the Main toolbar, or from the Client Toolbar on the Manage Property screen. Vendor letters can be created from the Vendor toolbar on the Manage Property screen.
