The Capital Works Enterprise is a state-of-the-art integrated facility assessment and capital planning software, with a number of different modules. We are actively expanding the system and have a number of new and exciting modules planned for 2011. There are currently two main modules in the system:
Facility Assessment Module
This tool provides engineering firms with a way to quickly and efficiently produce building condition assessments, due diligence and reserve fund studies. The highly customizable interface allows Engineering Firms to modify the system to meet their specific assessment process. It also allows for a fully customizable report output to a variety of formats (.pdf, .html, .rtf, etc.).

Capital Planning Module
The capital planning module is a tool designed for facility, building and property managers to help manage their facilities capital plan. The module captures projected costs based on the condition of your facility and stores historical information/trends and deferred maintenance data to provide comparative evidence to support and address the facilities' future capital needs. The tool also helps monitor annual capital budget compared to the actual budget in real time to ensure that upgrades and wise investment decisions can proceed with a level of certainty.
