Sales Representatives  

The Sales Representatives will be responsible for fulfilling all aspects of the sales cycle - contacting potential new users, handling all inbound lead flow, demonstrating our software products by teleconference, and managing the sale to completion. 

Specific Requirements:

• Sales experience is required

• Post Secondary education in Sales and Marketing an asset

• Ability to work independently

• Self motivated individual who shows perseverance and can overcome objections to achieve sales targets

• Strong probing skills and ability to influence the purchase decision maker

• Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing sales environment

• Excellent customer service, phone etiquette, communication (verbal and written) and sales skills

 SENIOR Software Developer

The Senior Software Developer will be responsible developing and maintain web-based and desktop applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. This role requires strong analysis & design skills and the ability to solve complex problems.

Specific Requirements:

• Experience developing web based and desktop applications is required

• Post secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent is required

• Experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, including Visual Studio, VB.Net, ASP.Net,  SQL Server

• Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming

• Proficiency with other types of development tools, languages and database environments an asset

• Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing development environment

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

Junior Software Developer/Technical Support Specialist

The Junior Software Developer/Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to existing customers.  In this role, you will answer product related queries, trouble shoot, resolve issues, and provide online / web-based training to new and existing customers.  Your software development responsibilities will be to develop applications under the supervision of the senior software developers.

Specific Requirements: 

• Ability to provide technical support and telephone-based training

• Post secondary education in Business or Computer Science is preferred

• Knowledge of accounting software is an asset

• Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing support and training environment

• Excellent customer service, phone etiquette, communication (verbal and written) and training skills

• Understanding of web-based development tools such as ASP.NET, HTML, JAVA and others is an asset
